The accomodation was clean and the staff were helpful and welcoming. The rooms were spacious with good views out of the bay windows down to the tay.
Nothing of note to complain about. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom which did make showering a touch messy.

very clean; comfortable beds; large room
shower not electric, very weak, took ages for warm water to come through
Overall: The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good. The hotel was easy to find and parking arrangements were adequate. We hadn't realised there was no lift and one of us is partially disabled. If you have difficulties with stairs it would be better to request a ground floor room.
