Cancellations

• In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 2 day notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.

A credit card is required as a guarantee. Bookings for 2 or more Rooms for 2 Nights or more, require a 25% non-refundable deposit and a minimum of 10 days notice of cancellation. If the booking is not cancelled within the cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking.
 
Pets are allowed if this is agreed with the management prior to arrival.
 
Guests will be liable for any expenses incurred during their stay either by their use or MISUSE of facilities.
